About the wine
This elegant rosé from Burgenland comes from cool areas with clay on Leithakalk, where up to 27 years old Blaufränkisch vines grow. After gently pruning and using organic compost, the wine matured for 4 months on fine yeast and a further 1 month in the bottle after maceration and spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
