Tasting note
The Rosa del Golfo is a freshly fruity, raspberry-scented rosé wine without any southern severity. Its delicate aroma and racy character make it the perfect summer wine. The ideal accompaniment to aperitif, seafood, fish soup and poultry. He has also surprised us again and again in connection with Asian cuisine.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent with Mediterranean starters, grilled vegetables, fish, seafood or light pasta dishes. A pleasure even solo on warm days.
Vinification
The vinification is carried out using the Saignée method. The high-quality grapes are harvested by hand between mid-September and mid-October and come from selected vineyards in Sannicola, Parabita, Alezio, Campi Salentino and Veglie. The fermentation is then cooled and aged for 6 months in steel tanks.
