Goes well with chocolate and stews.
Vinification
Harvest by hand, the grapes are destemmed and crushed. Fermentation in conical stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. The must is continuously pumped around for maximum shell contact. Ageing: 18 months in French oak barrels
