About the wine
Morbio Superiore, a historic wine-growing enclave at the gateway to the Muggio Valley, benefits from a unique microclimate: The cool morning and evening breezes of Monte Generoso give the grapes an exceptional aromatic brilliance and race. The 2021 vintage marks a milestone in our philosophy — as the first wine from organic conversion, it impresses with particular depth and integrity. An 18-month aging in fine-grained French oak refines the structure, gives the wine a silky suppleness and weaves a complex texture that completes its expressive fruit and aristocratic character.
