About the wine
In the third generation, Birgit and Hansjörg Rebholz and their team work in harmony with nature and intervene as little or as possible in the processes. The vines must therefore make do with what nature around Siebeldingen gives them. The result is wines that take a long time to develop their strengths, but that is exactly why they have a lot of character.

Open and invigorating on the nose. Soft drink followed by wonderful clarity and mature structure, which result in a powerful finish.

Vinification
The selected grapes are gently pressed after a cool maceration period of 24 hours. The must is then pre-clarified by natural sedimentation. It is then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks before being bottled.
