About the wine
The winery can look back on an eventful history. But it was only when Jens Reidel and Christine Dinse took over the estate in 2009, made Karsten Peter winemaker and turned everything upside down, that the glorious times of the 1960s to the 1980s are built on again. Gut Hermannsberg only owns large vineyards and there is hardly a winery in Germany that has such an abundance and variety of prime locations. Even the entry-level Riesling shows unequivocally that this potential is being fully exploited. This is no longer a secret and Gut Hermannsberg is being showered with lots of praise, points and awards.

Tasting note
Good Vibrations They simply exist, the one with the good vibes, like this one. It radiates pure joy and energy, it vibrates in a light, carefree brightness: green to slightly yellow, feathery, juicy fruit that everything has space there, everything is warped, not even the edges: the tart slate minerality? It's fun. On the palate again, that bell-clear, precise and yet - the good vibes - so benevolent tart freshness, it goes with such a springy course: even the bright fruit, so lively and free on the palate that even this brazen slate minerality causes nothing but joy, and yet it still has substance, there is so much fruit. It's not airticus, the world just doesn't mind it. Ah, how easy life can be! Cabinet at its best!
