About the wine
In the third generation, Birgit and Hansjörg Rebholz and their team work in harmony with nature and intervene as little or as possible in the processes. The vines must therefore make do with what nature around Siebeldingen gives them. The result is wines that take a long time to develop their strengths, but that is exactly why they have a lot of character.

A straight-lined, firm and puristic Riesling, spicy and fruity at the same time. Elegance, complexity, finesse and harmonious acidity are perfectly combined.

Vinification
After harvesting, the selected grapes are kept cool for 24 hours and then clarified using natural sedimentation. The fermentation takes place in a temperature-controlled stainless steel tank.
