Tasting note
Rich lemon yellow, intense bouquet reminiscent of dried fruits such as apricots and peaches and a touch of acacia honey. On the palate, it is full and opulent, with lots of melting, fine fruit sweetness and fine acidity, as well as with racy complexity and a beautiful minerality for a long-lasting finish and great storage potential!
Culinary recommendation
It is suitable for starters with foie gras (duck or foie gras), light fruit or chocolate desserts (darker) and blue cheese or other very ripe cheeses.
Vinification
Strict — selection of very ripe grapes by hand. Fermentation and aging in steel tanks and in large barrel barrels.
