Tasting note
The nose is intense, with lots of freshness and notes of yellow and exotic fruits such as pineapple, mango, lime, herbs and wet pebbles. Sleek and juicy on the palate, with plenty of grip and a pleasant, persistent finish, characterized by ripe fruit and rocky minerality.

Vinification
After manual harvesting, the selected grapes are macerated for eight hours. After gentle and slow pressing, the wine ferments in a temperature-controlled stainless steel tank, where it is then stored on full yeast (without stirring up the yeast) for ten months.
