Tasting note
Brilliant yellow with shades of green. The nose shows aromas of cashew, wild herbs and yellow fruits with slightly yeasty notes. The use of wood is delicately felt. On the palate, there are aromas such as hazelnuts, yellow and white fruits and a playful acidity. The fine minerality paired with ripe tannins gives a depth and a finely spicy finish.
Vinification
The grapes are pre-selected and picked by hand. This is followed by a maceration period of up to 12 hours before the wine is aged in used barriques and barrel barrels. The wines are kept in the tank for one year before they are on the market.
