About the wine
The story of Tosca begins in 2000 with the restoration of the first Ca 'Lupo and Bema terraces and the creation of new vineyards, which are immediately grown using organic farming methods. Today, there are 9 hectares of vineyards, divided into five plots, which are located between 350 and 520 m above sea level. All vineyards are worked by hand. Ecological practices are combined with other techniques to naturally maintain soil fertility. Through careful handpicking, only the best grapes with low yields (approx. 50 ml/ha) are selected to produce characteristic wines with a strong personality. An organic Riesling with an elegant structure and great juiciness.

Tasting note
Straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the palate, the limestone of the soil is very well expressed. The aromas are fine and elegant. Very fresh and mineral with excellent persistence
Culinary recommendation
It goes perfectly with sushi, fish dishes and especially shrimp.
Vinification
Steel tank with weekly batonnage. A year in the bottle.
