Tasting note
With Trinkaus's historic location at the very top of the Kranachberg at 500 m, there has been a new wine with a great terroir character since 2019. The warmth during the day and the coolness of the mountains and the forest at night make this wine something very special. Still closed in the nose, we have sensational acidity and an insane structure on the palate. The long aging in steel tanks on full yeast makes the wine incredibly mineral. As good as the wine is already showing, it is recommended to leave it lying here.
