About the wine
If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it's this powerful Shiraz 2015 — Reserva Tinto. Sunny landscapes in Estremadura give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Quinta da Boa Esperanca conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Flaschenpost team promises a dining experience when you serve this Shiraz with game or barbecue.

Tasting note
Complex wine with an intense garnet red color, aromas of black fruits with a particularly smoky note, which result from this composition of the grape varieties and the long barrel aging. Fresh, intense and structured in the mouth, with powerful tannins that result in a long finish.

Vinification
After maceration for 24 hours at 8°C, fermentation follows at a temperature of 24ºC. This was followed by ageing for 24 months in new French oak barrels of 225 and 500 l, after which the wine matures for a further 18 months in the bottle.
