About the wine
The Speri family has been growing wine for seven generations. Times have changed, but the old values have remained. The pride of living in an exceptional region such as Valpolicella has also remained. Tasting note
Its bright light pink crowns every festive occasion with style and magic. You won't find this color in any color catalog. The distinctive scent spectrum of black pepper and vanilla shows a complex aroma structure and a lot of finesse. The dominant notes of raspberry and green pepper shape its individual texture. With subdued, pleasantly developed tannins, medium-bodied and dominant acidity, this fruity red wine presents its masterly quality.

Goes well with dried pastries, dried fruit, chocolate, spicy semi-hard and hard cheeses, blue cheese
Vinification
Manual harvest in the first week of October, drying the grapes for 120 days, after vinification storage in barriques for 24 months, storage in bottle for 6 months
