Tasting note
Vinified in half from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, aged for 12 months in oak barrels, then “sous liége” for five years on the lees. The nose shows aromas of grapefruit, blood orange, quince, honeydew melon and some sour cherry, plus redberry notes and a subtle nutty touch of precious wood. On the palate, showing nice depth, round, with good extract and a fine, tart and spicy touch in the finale reminiscent of candied oranges. ONLY 2665 BOTTLES PRODUCED!
