Fertile and blooming landscapes in Veneto give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery La Giaretta conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Tasting note
On the nose, a strong bouquet of ripe cherries, red berries, chocolate and light spicy aromas. Pleasantly fresh on the palate, yet powerful and enveloped in sweet, silky tannins. Very well-structured wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled meat, cold meat platters and cheese.
Vinification
The grapes are dried and carefully pressed, and the juice is left on the mash for a relatively long time. After 2 years of aging in French barriques, the wine is aged in the bottle for another 6-7 months.
