In the historic center of Ribera del Duero, Peter Sisseck's latest project was created a good 10 years ago: Bodegas y Viñedos Alnardo. A good 400 winemakers with the smallest plots of land and ancient vines are involved in this unique project, in which Sisseck buys and presses their grapes for PSI. PSI is aged primarily in used barrels, bringing the full potential and typicity of this unique region into the bottle. Not only the name (Peter Sisseck's initials), but also the style bear the unmistakable signature of the master: incredibly powerful and at the same time perfectly balanced - a wine with an exceptional structure and yet suitable for almost every day.
