Tasting note
A powerful wine of complexity and great elegance. Dark and ripe fruit on the nose followed by spicy, balsamic and mineral notes, tobacco, roasted aromas, toffee, dark chocolate and vanilla. Powerful and intense on the palate. Taste of red and black berries, wood, vanilla, black pepper. Well-structured acidity, very balanced, with a very long finish. Spicy and wide in the mouth, powerful but with fine and elegant tannins. Pleasant and lasting aftertaste that leaves a touch of minerality. A wine with high storage potential.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hearty meat dishes, game and mature cheese.

18 months in new French oak barrels.
