About the wine
A few years ago, coffee producer Maurizio Zanetti took over the winery and invested primarily in the vineyards. Under the leadership of Franco Bernabei and Lionello Lot, Case Bianche has become one of the leading prosecco houses.

Tasting note
Light, bright straw yellow with green reflections, fine perlage. Intense, typically fruity bouquet of apples (Golden Delicious) and ripe pears with floral notes. Sleek and soft on the palate with subtle sweetness, harmonious and beautiful, fruity length.
Culinary recommendation
An ideal and refreshing aperitif wine, but also to round off the meal with fruit, panettone or pastries.
Vinification
First fermentation in steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation on yeast in a pressure tank (Charmat process).
