Tasting note
The Prosecco Rinassendo has a brilliant light straw yellow color. Delicately fragrant and fresh fruity on the nose. Hints of citrus and green apple on the palate. Wonderfully fresh, distinctive and lasting finish with a lively perlage.

Vinification
After the Glera grapes have been picked by hand and gently pressed, the must goes into stainless steel tanks, where fermentation and development of the carbon dioxide take place under temperature-controlled conditions. The yeast residues are removed by filtering before bottling.
