Tasting note

Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand as soon as they reach full maturity and then gently pressed. The must from the first pressing is fermented at 15°C for 15-20 days before the second fermentation takes place at 14°C using the Charmat method. The result is a fine and persistent perlage that characterizes this wine.
