Tasting note
Color: straw yellow color. It flows down the glass dancing brightly with a delicate and persistent perlage. Smell: aromas of apricot and sweet bread. Taste: Delicate and warm aromas, almond flavor.
Culinary recommendation
As an aperitif or with fish dishes and seafood.
Vinification
After natural fermentation and a 1-month rest period on the yeast, foam is formed in a steel tank (autoclave). After 20 days, it is bottled.
