About the wine
A different kind of vegetable! The Italian winery Terra dei Buth specializes in the production of organic vegan sparkling wines. For them, the path back to nature is a step into the future. The love for what nature produces is also reflected in the labels, which are inspired by vegetables. Here, for example, from an eggplant. Vinification
The vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The alcoholic fermentation lasts 10 days at a controlled temperature. Foam formation then takes place over a period of 60 to 70 days in an autoclave using the Martinotti Charmat process.
