About the wine
The Prosecco Extra Dry “Angelo” comes from vineyards in the hilly and historic production area between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. Prosecco (Glera grape variety) has been cultivated here for at least two centuries, although some historians trace the origin back to Roman times. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 13°C and creates a very pleasant and smooth, fine perlage.

Tasting note
Lively straw yellow with fine perlage, wonderfully fruity on the nose, with notes of ripe apples rounded off with citrus fruits and floral nuances. The palate is fresh and supple, again beautiful citrus notes, long-lasting, pleasantly lively.
Culinary recommendation
Brilliant as an aperitif with appetizers and an excellent companion for entertaining hours with friends. Ideal with fish appetizers and seafood risotto, vegetable gratin or sausage platter.
