About the wine
The grapes are harvested by hand when they are not yet fully ripe. The higher acidity makes them perfect for sparkling wines. The freshness and aromas of the grapes are preserved by gently pressing the berries. The must, which comes from gentle pressing, is fermented in stainless steel tanks, which are under pressure and give the wine fine bubbles. The low residual sugar content makes it a perfect companion for various occasions and aperitifs.
