About the wine
In 2004, Dominik Huber and Eben Sadie started their Terroir al Limit project in Priory with the help of the Pérez family. Nothing else should be bottled but terroir, excellent locations, old vines, biodynamic management, spot fermentation, concrete and fuder instead of barrique. After only a few and also experimental years, Dominik has now explored the limits of the terroir more responsibly and implemented his vision. Terroir al Limit, these are beguiling wines, burgundy in the rock face, erotic black and white photographs, wines of exceptional elegance and mineral power. Very great wines!

Tasting note
Religion - Everything here is very quiet, gentle, yet very big, significant, otherworldly, the ripe, dark fruit seems to come from the depths like a revelation, dark, sweet berry fruit, like a gentle force that steers and gives support, also softly admonishes, the dark, fresh slate notes, ash, licorice, that feeling of great power in the background, security and awe. On the palate, cosmic peace, gentle strength, harmony and calm elegance and then this soft, deep dark minerality, the supple tannins, faith alone moves mountains here, flows gently tart, never ending. A very rare wine - out of this world!

Vinification
Very selective reading by hand. Whole grape fermentation with stems in vats of the vineyard's own yeasts, aging and maturing for up to 24 months in large barrels. No fining or filtration.
