About the wine

Tasting note
Convincing bouquet of juicy fruits, in addition to ripe gooseberries and peach aromas, blackcurrant also appears in the fragrance. The taste is characterized by an extremely dense structure, which shows fresh fruit aromas of apricot and peach as well as a fine herb spice.
Culinary recommendation
The perfect companion for Aperos in combination with salty snacks, puff pastry or all types of hors d'oeuvres. Perfect with seafood — from mussels to grilled pulpo or crustaceans such as lobsters or shrimps.
Vinification
In order to achieve the fine fruit of the wine, an intensive selection of the grapes is carried out. About a third of the grapes are fermented on the mash. The remaining two thirds of the wine is aged in large wooden barrels.
