Tasting note
Intense ruby red, intense on the nose with fine fruity notes. Pleasant aftertaste, persistently aromatic and fresh.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with many hearty dishes such as pizza, vegetable casseroles, pasta with sauces, meat, but also sausages.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at the beginning of September. The vinification takes at least 10 days. Fermentation in a chrome steel tank at a controlled temperature of 24°C. Then ageing in a chrome steel tank and in the bottle.
