Tasting note
Nice density with notes of leather, dark chocolate, some vanilla and resin. Smooth on the palate, graceful and perfectly balanced. A wine of great fineness that is rather rare in southern regions. Opulent wines in the south are commonplace, but most lack elegance, finesse and race largely or completely. And these are exactly the characteristics that permeate all Castel di Salve wines like a common thread.
