Tasting note
The Premsal Blanc steels in a bright golden yellow. The nose is dominated by aromas of lime, green apple, pears, pineapple and some peach. On the palate, the wine is lively and straight, with lots of citrus fruit, a slight acidity and a slightly chalky finish, also characterized by citrus fruit. An extremely lively wine that, with its animating fruit-acid game, evokes youthful memories of enjoying “sour tongues” and, with just 11.5% alcohol by volume, offers refreshing lightness.

Vinification
The Premsal grapes are harvested by hand and then checked again at the winery. After a short maceration period, it is gently pressed and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The maturing takes place exclusively in stainless steel tanks.
