Magnificent and picturesque landscapes of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon) give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Real Sitio de Ventosilla Burgos conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Tasting note
Color: dark, rich cherry red with purple reflections. Aroma: Aromas of red berries and flowers predominate in the bouquet. Complex scent, peach and syrup notes unfold against a spicy background. Character: A round wine with a fleshy and velvety taste thanks to its mild tannins. Long-lasting, silky aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with entrecote, steaks, lamb gigot, beef tartare, pizza and ripe cheeses and much more.
Vinification
2 months aging in European oak barrels and 1 month aging in hundred-year-old clay jugs.
