Tasting note
Pale yellow, shiny color, delicate on the nose. White fruit and white floral aromas with notes of fresh citrus accompanied by fresh notes of boxwood, elderflower and white pepper. As the wine continues to aerate, aromas of crunchy peaches and nectarines are added. On the palate, first full-bodied with notes of ripe citrus fruits such as yellow lemon and bergamot, followed by a juicy aroma of yellow fruits (peach). The finish is delicious and salty at the same time with peach coulis.
