The winemaker from the South African winery Aaldering is absolutely proficient in his craft. Tasting note
Its rich crimson color crowns every festive occasion with style and elegance. You won't find this color in any color palette. The aromas of pepper express a lot of complexity with a very special structure. Afterwards, the refreshing nuances of blackberry, spicy herbs and cherries reveal their own character. A red wine with a heavy body and distinctive acidity, which unfolds its complex structure on the tongue and palate.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for the red wine is a slightly chilled 16°-18°C. The following period is the ideal enjoyment phase of this wine: 2015 - 2020. Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with pasta Bolognese, salami and strong cheese platters.
