Tasting note
Giovanni Manetti has found ideal conditions for his Pinot Nero vines in a west-facing plot. The grapes are pressed for two weeks with juicy yeasts in Allier oak stands. The wine is then aged for one year in Tronçais oak barrels. It is characterized by the varietal character, presents itself powerfully, as only great Burgundy wines can do, and shows unprecedented clarity and liveliness. On the palate, the powerful structure and the charming texture are in perfect harmony. A masterpiece! Production: 4000 bottles.
