About the wine
As an aperitif or dessert wine, Pinot Gris develops complex aromas of quince and mirabelles. It has a golden color and the mouth remains slightly sweet and creamy.

Tasting note
In the glass, the wine is bright golden yellow. The nose is dominated by intense aromas of ripe pears, apricots and a touch of honey. On the palate, it is full-bodied and smooth with a pleasant freshness and a long, harmonious finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with chicken dishes, creamy mushroom risottos or mild cheese. It is also an ideal partner for Asian dishes with a slight spiciness.
