About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Torre Rosazza is absolutely proficient in his craft. Tasting note
Light, shiny straw yellow with reddish reflections. Distinct floral notes on the nose. Plus a whiff of ripe apple and melon. The start on the palate is soft and flattering. Juicy texture with fresh, well-balanced acidity. Citrus and melon aromas with spicy accents. Elegant, fresh, medium-long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with antipasto, freshwater fish or risotto.
Vinification
After harvesting and thorough selection, the grapes are pressed and fermented in steel tanks. Some of the young wine undergoes biological acid degradation. The subsequent aging also takes place in thermo-controlled stainless steel tanks, with the young wine remaining on the yeast, which leads to a higher complexity of the aromas.
