About the wine
Fertile and picturesque landscapes in South Tyrol give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Terlan conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. The delicious Pinot Grigio Classico Alto Adige DOC Terlan, which was produced in 2018, is sure to give you a lot of fun.

Tasting note
Bright straw yellow in the glass. Stimulating fruity on the nose with the scent of Williams pear, lychee and white melon complemented by floral notes of a freshly mowed flower meadow. Finely balanced on the palate with spicy black tea aromas, exotic fruit such as melon and grapefruit. A full-bodied Pinot Grigio.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with charcuterie, Mediterranean cuisine, veal, fish, truffles
Vinification
Harvest and select grapes by hand. Pressing and removing the must from the trubs. Slow fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Storage and maturation for 5-7 months on fine yeast in steel tanks.
