Tasting note
The grapes for Brda Pinot Gris come from both Slovenia and Italy. The short maceration time gives it a wonderful salmon color. On the nose, we have fresh raspberries and elegant reductivity. In order to keep Pinot Gris fresh, biological acid degradation is prevented. This, together with the great creaminess that results from being on whole yeast for a long time, gives us a fresh yet full-bodied wine.
