Tasting note
Intense golden yellow. Richly scented notes of peach, ripe apple and herb meadow, wrapped in well-dosed vanilla and wood notes. Concentrated start on the palate, supported by well-balanced acidity. The finale is fruity and juicy. The proportion of Fiano grapes gives the wine herbal notes and elegance.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta fatta in casa, crustaceans or grilled fish
Vinification
The Chardonnay grapes from the Minervino Murge winery are gently pressed after harvesting. The must is transferred to barriques (Allier and Tronçais) for fermentation. After five months, the wine is moved to steel tanks, in which the wine remains until bottling.
