Vinification
Ofelia is the excellent result of the two most sophisticated winemaking techniques used to produce sweet wines. The concentration of muscat grapes is achieved partly by infestation with the noble rot Botrytis cinerea and partly by freezing the grapes. Fermentation at a temperature of 24°, (1/3) in 500 L French oak barrels and partly in 400 L ceramic containers (2/3), where the wine remains for 24 months until bottling.
