About the wine
The constant search for balance between Montepulciano and Sangiovese grape varieties results in this biodynamic wine Piceno Superiore Biodinamico, with its impenetrable ruby red color with garnet reflections and beautiful brilliance.
Tasting note
Ruby red color. On the nose, fruity notes of perfectly ripe sour cherries give us an immediate idea of the typicity, with floral notes of violets and notes of undergrowth, other small red fruits, blood orange, balsamic notes of pine resin, spicy notes of pepper and hints of bitter cocoa and sweet tobacco.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with meat dishes, both white and red, turkey, rabbit, guinea fowl and duck. The combinations with unusual Italian cheeses are also particularly suitable.
Vinification
Ageing in oak barrels for approx. 12 months and 15% in barriques for approx. 12 months.
