About the wine
Terre Rosse Vallania was founded in the 1960s by Enrico Vallania. Vallania was a rare bird in all Emilian production: in the 1970s, our wines could be found all over the world. In 2020, a 20-year-old boy with a great passion for wine, Enrico Verdilio, took over the winery and introduced a small revolution in production and brought the winery back to its former glory.

Tasting note
Eye: ruby red; nose: red cherries and black and red berries; mouth: fresh and lively tannins that balance the intense fruit. Once bottled, it develops into a velvety feel.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with the aperitivo and typical Bolognese cold cuts.
Vinification
Maceration before fermentation, fermentation in stainless steel, 10 days of contact with the skins.
