Tasting note
Aromas of dried fruits, honey and candied citrus fruits, accompanied by harmonious sweetness and refreshing acidity. The aftertaste is long and elegant.

Ideal with desserts such as tiramisu, creme brulee or aged blue cheese.
Vinification
The late-harvested Albana di Romagna grapes are wilted in the drying chamber with careful control of the noble rot. The wine is produced by gently pressing and fermenting in Allier barrels at a controlled temperature. The affinage takes place in Allier oak barriques for 24 months and in bottle for a further 6 months.
