Tasting note
On the nose, the wine is intensely aromatic with notes of lime, lemon, fresh herbs and a touch of vanilla. On the palate, it is fresh, creamy and with a certain oiliness that results in a long, citrusy finish.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with grilled fish, seafood, salads or white meats. Its freshness and complexity make it a versatile companion for Mediterranean cuisine.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand in the morning to ensure maximum freshness. After careful selection, a gentle pressing is carried out. Fermentation takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in new and used French oak barrels (500 l and 225 l). The wine then ages for 10 months on fine lees, without batonnage, which gives it structure and complexity.
