Paleo Bianco IGT 2024 - Le Macchiole

Right at the start of Le Macchiole's winemaking commitment (1983), the winery planted Sauvignon and Chardonnay — more for fun and to be able to accompany a marine fish with their own wine at home. Like all Le Macchiole vines, the vines were planted at an above-average density and the yield per vine is very low. The vines have now reached the age of majority and the Paleo Bianco is of great quality, characterized by high minerality and great aromatic finesse. The aging takes place in small oak barrels, whose fine vanilla note rounds off the overall picture. Like all Le Macchiole wines, Paleo Bianco is grown and aged according to biodynamic rules.
