About the wine
This wine, which is called Païen in French-speaking Valais or Heïda in Upper Valais, is made from the Savagnin blanc grape variety. It offers a full range of exotic fruits and citrus fruits. It is tonic and its beautiful acidity ensures beneficial aging.

Tasting note
In the glass, the wine is bright golden yellow with greenish reflections. The nose reveals a complex bouquet with notes of citrus, white flowers and a subtle minerality. On the palate, it is fresh and lively with a pleasant acid structure and a long, harmonious finish.

Great with fish dishes, seafood, white meats and a wide variety of cheeses.
