About the wine
Vinosìa wines are an ode to the natural and cultural heritage of an ancient territory. Sun, passion, terroir and quality grapes are bottled and enjoyed in glasses.
Tasting note
Fruity notes of black cherry and plum, spicy notes of tobacco and carob.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with hearty dishes such as pasta with meat sauces, grilled or braised meat and aged cheese.
Vinification
After selective harvesting, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruit aromas. The wine is then aged on fine lees for a few months.
