About the wine

Tasting note
In the glass, Oniris Bianco shows bright straw yellow with subtle green reflections. On the nose, notes of grapefruit and jasmine develop, accompanied by exotic impressions such as mango and papaya. On the palate, it is fresh yet supple, supported by a harmonious and pleasantly lasting finish.

Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes for Oniris Bianco are destemmed and gently pressed to obtain the particularly pure Mosto Fiore. The wine is then fermented in a temperature-controlled stainless steel tank at 16-18°C so that its aromatic freshness is fully retained. After fermentation, it rests on the fine yeast for at least three months and then ages in the bottle for another month before being sold.
