Tasting note
A very nice, harmonious blend, for people who appreciate a slightly more classic wine than the young, fruity, pure Malbec. Half of the cabernet is also represented with the scent of red pepper, as well as some redberry fruit and floral scent. Tasty on the palate, full with mild tannins, balanced yet with enough pressure to accompany a meat dish. Subtle notes of smoke and caramel on the finish. A well-rounded thing, it's just fun!

Perfect with grilled beef, lamb, game or hearty mushroom dishes.
Vinification
Harvested by hand. Fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The secret of this wine is prolonged maceration, which gives it more body, volume and a silky structure. Free from animal products - certified vegan.
