The winemaker from the Italian winery Tenuta di Biserno is absolutely proficient in his craft. Tasting note
Light straw yellow in the glass, citrus aromas on the nose. On the palate, a slight minerality, juicy acidity and notes of lemongrass, lime and light herbal notes.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect as an aperitif or with hard cheese and seafood.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand and fermented in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the blend of Vermentino and Viognier is completed. Finally, the wine ages in the bottle for a while.
